HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

We are looking for HR Business Partner, who will complement the People & Culture team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our (international) Customer Service department and our own People & Culture team, and you will play an active role in shaping a great people experience.
What you move
* You advise and empower our employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle and build trusting relationships.
* You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs, monitoring) and develop appropriate measures together with the business – as a sparring partner on eye level.
* You will be the central contact person for our core processes, such as performance and salary reviews, as well as for our system landscape, including its continuous optimization.
* You will also take on administrative tasks related to training and business travel.
* Together with your team and the specialist departments, you will carry out projects that support our quarterly and annual goals and increase the impact of our work.
* You will support managers in successfully shaping change, resolving conflicts, and developing their leadership skills.
What you will bring
* 5 years HR and Swiss labor law
* Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
* German (Advantageous)
* You have at least 5 years of solid experience as an HR business partner and are well versed in Swiss labor law.
* Ideally, you have already worked in an operational (industrial) environment and are familiar with the specifics of the shop floor.
* You are fluent in **German and English**, which is essential for our international collaboration.
* You approach tasks patiently, communicate clearly and convincingly, and have a healthy degree of assertiveness.
* You work independently, think pragmatically, and find simple solutions.
* With your hands-on mentality and helpfulness, you provide support wherever it is needed.
* You are resilient and flexible – especially when strategies change.
* You solve challenges creatively and on your own initiative.
