Your Tasks
* Ensure global Trade Compliance by adhering to export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance, EAR and ITAR to enable legally compliant and timely deliveries worldwide
* Maintenance and further development of SAP GTS including management of related Trade Compliance processes
* Obtaining, managing and monitoring export licenses and end-user certificates across the supply chain
* Classification of goods, software and technologies in accordance with applicable Export Control regulations
* Execution of sanctioned party screenings as well as embargo and sanctions checks
* Providing Trade Compliance guidance internally and supporting projects, training and process improvements in the organization
With this you convince us
* Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in export, import, forwarding or Trade Compliance
* Experience in an international industrial environment
* Solid knowledge of European and international export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance and EU Dual Use regulations
* Knowledge of US Export Control regulations EAR or ITAR is an advantage
* Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP and SAP GTS
* Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
