Job Title: Growth Marketing Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our company's organic growth efforts, focusing on scalable and measurable strategies. We are seeking a seasoned SEO Strategist who can drive business results through data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling organic channels, delivering significant revenue growth, and improving overall market presence. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SEO and analytics tools, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.


Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Leadership:
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into platform architecture and site migrations.
* Evaluate opportunities based on ROI, complexity, and competitive landscape.
* Maintain a competitive advantage by continuously monitoring search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
* Champion SEO within the organization, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders and visibility at leadership levels.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner with content and editorial teams to build a scalable framework for keyword-driven, high-performing content.
* Collaborate with design and UX/UI teams to ensure website changes support both usability and SEO performance.
* Align closely with marketing and demand generation teams to integrate SEO into campaigns and broader growth initiatives.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
* Establish a robust measurement framework for SEO, defining clear KPIs and success benchmarks.
* Use advanced analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and track progress.
* Deliver detailed reporting to leadership on keyword growth, traffic trends, conversion impact, and revenue attribution from SEO.
4. Team & Vendor Management:
* Build and lead an SEO team, ensuring a balance of technical expertise, content strategy, and off-page authority building.
* Manage external SEO agencies and freelancers, ensuring alignment with internal goals and quality standards.


Requirements:

Must-Haves:

* 4+ years of experience in SEO strategy and leadership, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
* Demonstrated track record of scaling organic channels to deliver measurable business results.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in SEO and analytics platforms, including GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Looker Studio.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
