This six-month internship provides a chance to gain hands-on experience in the HR Operations Switzerland Team. As an intern, you will support administrative tasks and contribute to the daily business of our international company.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist team members with onboarding processes for new starters.
* Manage employee life cycle tasks, including exit procedures, to ensure smooth transitions.
* Closely cooperate with HR partners, such as Recruiters and HR Business Partners.
* Coordinate monthly events for new employees.
* Handle general administrative tasks, like processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.
Requirements:
