Requirements
Must have:
- Solid experience in ICT support (software, hardware, network) - Knowledge of radiology systems and workflows is an advantage - Familiarity with DICOM standards and image transfer - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset - Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and service requests, including software installation and troubleshooting for software, hardware and network issues - Provide support for dictation systems, printing and related tasks - Escalate IT support cases and coordinate with teams in Zurich - Collaborate with vendors for support, troubleshooting and installations - Handle radiology-specific tasks such as user account management, DICOM image transfer and image loading from CDs - Assist end users with image availability and retrieval and support equipment replacements related to radiology
