For our Geneva branch, we are looking for a Sea Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Booking with airlines or shipping lines
Establishment of transport documents
Prepare claims and quotations for customers and network
Arrange pick-up and transportation as per instructions
Invoicing, monitor events, and archive files
Communicate daily with 4PL partners
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years experience in international air transportation
Self-driven, dynamic, can-do attitude, team spirit
Good written and verbal communication skills
Stress-resistant and capable of handling emergencies
Detailed knowledge of logistics/transportation industry, especially sea freight
Excellent knowledge of Incoterms
Understanding of local markets and customer requirements
