Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance via email, chat, or phone. You’ll help resolve inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive brand experience—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone in a professional and helpful manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and offering solutions
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using provided resources and tools
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues
Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Previous customer service or support experience preferred (call center, help desk, retail, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot) is a plus
A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
