Position: Finance Lead - Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) Vitamin UnitLocation: Kaiseraugst, SwitzerlandYou will lead the accounting, controlling, financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the ANH Vitamin Unit. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are highly desirable.At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting in a multinational setting.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.Deep knowledge of financial principles, practices, and international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, data analysis, and business performance metrics, with advanced proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, Excel, reporting tools).Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong change management skills, including the ability to challenge norms and adjust communication styles accordingly.High integrity, business acumen, and a strategic mindset.Application ProcessInterested candidates are encouraged to apply online via our career portal.
