Overview
Industry 4.0, (I)IoT, Cloud, Security, and Digitalization are advancing the integration of IT and OT. At SKAN, you have the opportunity to actively participate in international IT-OT projects.
In our newly established IT-OT team, you will provide network and security services, especially in a qualified/validated environment.
Responsibilities
* Planning and implementing complex IT-OT projects in an industrial setting
* Leading and managing sub-projects to elevate SKAN's IT-OT network and security infrastructure to a high professional standard
* Collaborating with internal and external teams for fault analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support)
* Managing change processes, maintaining operation manuals, and documentation to ensure high standards
* Ensuring infrastructure meets qualification and validation requirements, conducting system tests, and documenting results
Required Skills and Qualifications
* University or higher education degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
* Extensive knowledge in designing, building, and troubleshooting enterprise-wide IT-OT networks and security infrastructures (focus on Cisco & Palo Alto technologies)
* Practical experience in implementing business requirements in IT-OT infrastructure, with project experience in SMEs or pharmaceutical environments
* Several years of professional experience in IT-OT network and security, supplemented with certifications like Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto PCNSE, etc.
* Experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and computer system validation
* ITIL certification and proven knowledge in CSV are mandatory
* Additional training in project management is advantageous
* Fluent in German and English
