Responsibilities & Challenges
* Provide care and medical advice to guests on health-related matters
* Analyse records, reports, test results, and examination data to assess overall health, considering physical, emotional, and social factors
* Explain and discuss test results, prescribed treatments, and procedures guests are required to follow during their stay
* Monitor guest progress and adjust treatments as needed
* Manage and treat common health issues that may arise during their stay
Qualifications & Competencies
* Medical degree from an internationally recognised university and completed specialisation in General Medicine
* All diplomas (medical degree and specialist training) must be officially recognised, with valid MEBEKO approval in Switzerland
* Very good command of German (for non-native speakers, an official B2 certificate is required for the cantonal licence to practise)
* A cantonal licence to practise in Lucerne must be obtained prior to starting the role
* Very good English skills
* Experience using clinical IT applications for data recording
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Service-oriented, team-minded personality with a strong focus on guest care
