Key Responsibilities
Creative Development – contribute to ideation and development of marketing and PR projects; assist in developing storytelling angles and content strategies across channels.
Graphic Design & Content Creation – design marketing collaterals such as restaurant and bar menus, visuals for hotel/spa/F&B outlets, flyers, brochures, digital assets; adapt existing materials to brand guidelines; create visual content for social media (posts, stories, digital presence).
Administrative & Internal Communication – manage administrative tasks: purchase orders, billing and invoice follow-up, contract preparation and filing, reservation coordination for media and partners; support communication with newsletters and other tools.
Photo & Video Shoot Coordination – assist in planning and coordination of photo and video shoots; liaise with photographers, videographers, and internal teams; prepare shot lists and ensure brand consistency; support logistics during shooting days.
Digital & Online Presence – update website content (images, descriptions, promotions); support digital campaigns and online activations; monitor accuracy of online content across platforms; upload content for spa, restaurants, and hotel pages.
Profile & Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong interest in Public Relations, branding, and Marketing.
Good knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Languages
Fluent in English (mandatory).
French is a strong advantage.
Additional languages are a plus.
Internship Conditions
Internship agreement with a Swiss school/university.
Monthly compensation; meals provided during working hours.
Eligibility: Valid Swiss work/student permit required.
