Your Tasks
Lead regional business performance, profitability, and market share growth
Translate global strategies into regional and country execution plans
Lead and develop regional Sales organizations Managing Directors and leadership teams
Support multinational customers, strategic customers, and cross‑border business opportunities
Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and HQ functions
Drive organizational transformation and capability development
Balance differentiated go‑to‑market approaches across mature and developing markets
Your Profile
Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
10+ years experience in international B2B industrial business leadership
Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen
Experience leading multi‑country organizations and matrix structures
Proven track record in business transformation and organizational development
Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management capability
Cross‑cultural leadership experience
Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)
