What you will do :
Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with a professional and empathetic approach.
Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
Act as a brand ambassador—promote current promotions and new offers.
Manage account and billing issues, upsell products, troubleshoot, and handle fraud orders and returns following training guidelines.
Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues to improve service quality.
Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.
What you will bring :
Excellent command of German.
Good knowledge of English.
Strong communication and soft skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy and tech-savviness.
Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
A positive, adventurous attitude.
