Bioprocess Engineer / Biotechnologist / Chemist (f/m/d)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement production campaigns according to cGMP guidelines.
* Review risk analyses and implement corrective measures.
* Ensure batch execution, evaluate test results, troubleshoot production systems, and propose solutions.
* Maintain complete process, know-how, and GMP documentation.
* Prepare campaign reports and contribute to annual product reviews.
* Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and procedures in collaboration with R&D, MSAT, and project teams.
* Train employees on assigned products and cross-project topics, including quarterly and special trainings.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s/Master’s or PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
* Professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or industrial production is desirable.
* Fluent in German and English (C1+).
* Solid understanding of GMP.
* Strong team, leadership, and communication skills.
* Structured, cross-functional, proactive, and open to new ideas.
* Excellent organisational skills.
