Partners Group is seeking to hire a Zug-based Senior Assistant to join the Group General Counsel Office and support the senior leadership of Compliance, Legal & Tax Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist Department Head (Partner) with daily organizational tasks and support broader senior management team.
* Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls.
* Assist with events and offsite organization and coordination.
* Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings using Concur and an external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook and process expense reports.
* Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings (including packages for the Executive Team and Board of Directors); assemble and print meeting agendas and hand‑outs.
* Manage budget and invoice payments for the Department; maintain, file and execute contracts.
* Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems.
* Review, cross‑reference, format and assemble PowerPoint presentations in accordance with corporate design standards.
What we expect:
* Minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience in a medium to large corporate environment, supporting executive and senior management.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent apprenticeship with comparable experience.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications quickly.
* Proactive, high‑energy, able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
* Organized with high attention to detail.
* Professional attitude with friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team‑player spirit.
* Proficient English in writing and speaking; German is a plus.
