As Commissioning Director, based in Nyon (VD), you will lead the commissioning of large-scale hyperscale data centres across Switzerland. You will manage the full programme "" from design validation to final handover "" ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, vendors). Act as main interface with clients and stakeholders at executive level. Ensure compliance with Swiss & international standards (QA/QC, FAT, SAT, IST). Anticipate risks, manage budgets, and promote a proactive safety culture.
