SUSHIMAN - SUSHIWOMAN SEASONAL 100% CDD - Possibility of accommodation during this period.Your missions: - Clean, fillet the fish and prepare the rice (scaling the fish, lifting the fillets, shaping the rice balls, rolling, etc.).- Assemble and season.- Ensure the preparation of different types of sushi: maki, nigiri, sashimi, California roll, soup, etc.- Know how to prepare large quantities of sushi in a short time.- Pay particular attention to customer requirements, especially in case of allergies.- Plate for service (know the plating techniques).- Pack for takeout.- Follow strict rules for handling raw fish to ensure hygiene and food safety.- Manage orders and stock.- Manage inventories and room organization.You have confirmed and successful experience in a similar role (ideally in excellent Japanese restaurants/sushi bars).You possess excellent technical skills in this field, and your agility in sushi preparation is well recognized.You are flexible, dynamic, supportive, and able to manage priorities.You have a genuine passion and experience in Japanese cuisine.You master fish cutting and sushi/maki preparation techniques perfectly.You have good stress resistance and enjoy working in a team while fostering a good working atmosphere.You have good knowledge of French; other language skills are welcome.You have the required availability and flexibility in terms of hours (continuous and/or split shifts – work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays).You are already residing in Switzerland or in neighboring countries.
