Junior Lean Manager / TopX Expert, 80-100%
In this role, you will actively shape the implementation of our TopX programme together with your line manager. You will work closely with the teams in the production environment, accompany improvement initiatives on site and support several locations.

* Implementation and further development of the TopX programme in accordance with the master plan and ensuring Group-wide standards at several locations
* Presentation of progress, KPI maintenance, target cascading and deviation management
* Carrying out self-assessments and supporting system reviews and audits
* Support, management and active participation in lean and improvement projects directly in the production environment
* Carrying out loss analyses and deriving and implementing improvement measures
* Coaching teams and promoting a sustainable improvement and feedback culture
What you bring with you
* Completed vocational training; further training in lean management would also be an advantage
* Knowledge and possibly professional experience in lean management
* Practical and solution-orientated approach
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and very good written and spoken German
* Structured, reliable and team-orientated way of working
* Strong communication and coaching skills and enjoy working with people
* Openness to change, new topics and occasional cross-location assignments within Switzerland
