We are now looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our leadership team in Switzerland. This role is key to drive business growth with new and existing clients.
Your Mission
As Senior Business Development,for custom software engineering, your mission is to accelerate the growth of our business by building long-lasting client relationships and opening new opportunities in our focus market DACH, BeNeLux, UK, and US.
You will be the face of the company to new prospects, creating trust and credibility in the market, while ensuring that our custom software capabilities are translated into real business value for our clients.
Your impact will be measured not only in revenue growth, but also in how you position the company as a trusted partner, strengthen our reputation, and contribute to a diverse, motivated, and ambitious sales culture.

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Developer & Sales Manager to join our team. Based in Switzerland, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across our target markets.
This is a pivotal role for expanding our client base in the custom software industry. Proven experience in the field of custom software is key. You will leverage your strong professional network and build long-term relationships with decision-makers in key industries, while also contributing actively to our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in custom software development.
* Develop and execute new business and account acquisition strategies in Switzerland and international target markets.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outreach, and events.
* Systematically activate and consolidate your existing network into long-term, paying client relationships.
* Leverage your existing network of clients, contacts, and prospects to open doors and build trust.
* Collaborate with delivery and engineering leaders to shape tailored proposals.
* Negotiate and close contracts that deliver long-term value to both the client and the company.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
* Contribute to marketing efforts through LinkedIn messaging, content input, and webpage presence.
* Provide market intelligence and insights to the leadership team.
Your Profile
* Proven track record in business development and sales in the custom software industry.
* Strong professional network across target markets (Switzerland, DE, BeNeLux, UK, US)
* Strong door-opening, network-consolidation, and deal-closing skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Background and deep understanding of software development processes, architectures, AI in software engineering and service models.
* Experience contributing to events, social media, and company marketing activities.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Willingness to travel across target markets
* MBA in business management or related field. 15+ years of experience in sales, business development and commercial management activities.
