Short Description
Define testing policies and processes. Develop and maintain test strategies. Create and update test plans and test concepts. Coordinate and monitor testing activities. Conduct testing and quality assurance in agile projects following Scrum or SAFe.
Technical Responsibilities
* Develop complex test strategies, plans, methods, and processes
* Assess implementation of complex test environments
* Adapt and improve complex test processes
* Maintain complex configuration management of test tools
* Perform complex deviation and bottleneck analyses
Responsibilities Involving Social Interaction
* Assess and monitor complex test outsourcing/offshoring
* Oversee implementation of complex test environments
* Analyze complex test objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
* Allocate and provide complex test resources
* Define and assign complex test roles
* Build complex configuration management for test tools
* Budget complex testing efforts (time, resources, costs, personnel, etc.)
* Initiate measures to resolve deviations and bottlenecks
* Introduce complex metrics to measure test progress
* Introduce complex metrics to assess test quality
* Inform stakeholders about test progress
* Prepare complex test closure reports
* Assess adherence to complex quality management requirements in the testing process
Requirements
* Certified as ISTQB Foundation Level Agile Tester or ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester
* At least two proven assignments in this role in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe-managed projects of at least 3 months
