EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working on a unique opportunity for a Corporate Controller on an 8-month interim contract, to cover the financial activities of holding entities in Switzerland.
This mid-to-senior-level role requires expertise in corporate controlling, financial reporting, and accounting.
As the Corporate Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and optimizing processes while contributing to the company’s long-term financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Reporting, using Swiss GAAP and US GAAP
Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with local regulations
Lead financial planning processes
Align reporting with Swiss-specific tax regulations to ensure transparency in taxable income declarations.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in corporate controlling or group accounting
Knowledge of Swiss GAAP and US GAAP
Understanding of Swiss Tax regulations
Ability to manage complex intercompany transactions, with good technical knowledge and strategic thinking skills
