Customer Care Representative 100%
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the main link between Yuh and its clients. You will answer their questions, solve issues, and guide them through their financial journey using the Yuh App.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound phone calls (70–80% of daily activities), delivering professional and positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate support via telephone, ensuring first‑class service quality.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues and requests related to the Yuh App in the sectors pay, save and investments.
- Actively guide and support clients, mainly over the phone, explaining products, features and processes clearly, empathetically, and compliantly.
- Ensure highest levels of client satisfaction by executing client instructions and addressing concerns with friendliness and professionalism.
- Accurately document client interactions and outcomes in internal systems, ensuring proper follow‑up and transparency across teams.
- Collaborate closely with other Customer Care Representatives and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute insights for platform, service, and process improvements.
- Uphold principles of fair client treatment, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence, Fachausweis, Berufsmatura) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian proficiency highly recommended; German a plus.
- Strong interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Skilled at listening, communicating, showing empathy, and being persuasive.
- Proactive and “can do” attitude.
- Enjoy working in a team.
