Responsibilities
* Guarantee a workplace that meets all safety, health and environmental rules, regulations and requirements for all employees.
* Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness authorities’ rules and regulations.
* Assure an optimized staff allocation to the events and a high production grade.
* Instruct staff about any quality deviation, verbal review, occurrence, audit finding or customer complaint and take measures if required.
* Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labor efficiency.
* Organise support across the technical departments to assure performance, tools, equipment and work documentation.
* Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to always meet demand.
* Focus on training and development needs for employees and the department.
* Execute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
* Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow‑up with all employees.
* Apply performance management processes (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation.
Qualifications
* 4‑year technical apprenticeship.
* Technical education.
* Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
* Proven ability to provide effective management of allocated manpower and resources.
* Proven ability to communicate issues to management with suggested solutions.
* Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures to the required level.
* Good command of written and verbal English (C1 level).
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive attitude and solutions‑oriented approach.
* High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
* Demonstrate good communication and teamwork with ability to manage.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* Readiness for two‑shift work.
