Your Mission
Support the team in managing day‑to‑day relationships with athletes across Track & Field, Triathlon, Trail, and Tennis.
Assist with product shipments to athletes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Provide general operational support, including organizing materials, schedules, and reports.
Support the Athlete Compass programme by helping onboard athletes, driving engagement with its tools and resources, and contributing to communication initiatives such as newsletters, updates, and webinars.
Gather and share athlete feedback while helping track development initiatives to continuously improve the Athlete Compass experience.
Support the Athlete Management Backbone in delivering a consistent and scalable athlete experience through accurate data, coordinated workflows, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
