You will provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and HR best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Support employees by providing information and assistance throughout the employment lifecycle. Use own initiative and considered judgment to answer queries and make suggestions in line with the policies and legal framework
Answer queries and provide basic practical advice to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
HR Administration
Provide guidance on HR operational procedures.
Ensure all operational administration is carried out correctly based on the employee journey, including Emboarder, Workday, SAP and other HR tools.
Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
Performance Management
Administer the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
Identify performance gaps and develop performance improvement plans to address individual and team performance issues.
Support the development and implementation of performance‑based compensation programs.
Monitor the training Plan.
Talent Management
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Participate in the selection process, including interviewing and assessing candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the organization.
Europe project support
Support the European HR team with project management including meeting setup, preparation documents, takes minutes of the project meetings and share information with relevant stakeholders.
What Are We Looking For
Holding a university degree, a Federal Diploma as a Human Resources specialist, or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a retail / regional or HQ environment and you have the advantage of mastering common IT tools and ERP systems.
