We are seeking a highly skilled professional to occupy the position of Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully negotiating deals and closing transactions. This is a remote position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, direct mail, and referrals.
* Build and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners to secure favorable terms.
* Manage a pipeline of leads and prospects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
* Prepare, review, and execute purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
* Closing Deals: Oversee the closing process, coordinating with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on lead status, negotiations, and closed deals.
* Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in real estate acquisition, sales, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property values and market conditions.
* Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
