Join our team.In order to reinforce the Public Relations team, our Headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, is currently recruiting for aSENIOR PR MANAGER 100%Job description- Develop and execute PR campaigns to build awareness and credibility with key audiences.- Create and refine messaging that reflects brand voice and values.- Oversee day-to-day work with local PR Managers to ensure aligned, high-quality output.- Monitor and analyze media coverage and campaign performance metrics to report on ROI.- Draft press releases and glocal press materials.- Coordinate media visits and spokesperson interview opportunities.- Identify and manage potential risks and contribute to respective crisis planning and response.- Partner with internal teams to create and amplify compelling product and brand stories.- Oversee PR budgets and external partner relationships where applicable.Profile- Strong experience pitching and placing stories with tier-one media.- Experience working with c-level executives and cross-functional teams.- Ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced environment with high volume and quick turn-around.- Ability to handle multiple projects, with various departments both internally and externally, with the flexibility to re-prioritize when needed, keeping timing, quality, and budget in mind while driving projects forward.- Reliable, flexible and team-oriented work ethic.Professional requirements- Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.- 8-10 years in PR or external communications, ideally in an agency environment and/or watch industry.Languages- Excellent English and French skills, written and spoken; German is a plus.Company addressYour new workplace: we do not do boring.
