How will you make an impact?Reporting to the Finance Manager F&A, this role will be responsible for the following areas (including but not limited to):Business partnership with the Fashion & Accessories MaisonsTogether with the F&A finance teams, analyze performance against benchmarks and plans, providing timely analysis and performance bridgesOrganize and lead regular business meetings and updates with the F&A CFOs and Heads of ControllingPrepare clear reports summarizing the F&A performance, focusing on key drivers, risks and opportunities, adapting details for multiple stakeholdersShare insights on Group performance, priorities and initiatives with Maison finance teams to support decision‑makingManage the Commitment Approval Request (CAR) process for the F&A Maisons, partnering with finance teams and ensuring complianceTransversal Responsibilities Within Group FP&A DepartmentAnalyze and benchmark CAPEX performance across the Group, identifying deviations and partnering with the Maisons develop in‑depth knowledgeLead the annual “budget book” processAd‑hoc projectsTake a leadership role across various projects, working closely with Group Finance management and business leaders, to design and execute financial solutions to complex business challenges across the GroupEducation, Experience And Core CompetenciesBusiness school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or associated fieldsMinimum 5 years’ proven experience in multinational, structured and complex organizationsPrevious experience in the Fashion industry is strongly preferredProven track record of managing, budgeting and reporting Financial statements, including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance SheetMaster financial reporting, analysis, and benchmarking, translating insights into business drivers and clear messagesSkilled in designing, modelling, and challenging financial planning scenariosFamiliarity with Financial reporting and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, etc.)Fluency in English is a must, French is considered a plusPersonal And Methodological SkillsStrong business acumen and analytical skillsAbility to drill‑down into the details when needed, summarizing then the output accurately to diversified stakeholdersAbility to manage tight deadlines, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and recalibrate priorities as neededHands‑on approach, proactively anticipating business needsStrong sense of ownershipSocial SkillsExceptional business partnering skills, with a proven ability to serve as the primary point of contact for other Maisons, fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative successExcellent communicator with story‑telling abilitiesTeam player with excellent organizational skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders and different leadership styles in a matrix structureWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.We care for the world we live in.YOUR JOURNEY WITH USYour application will be carefully reviewed by our recruitment teams, who will give you a follow‑up shortly.
