Front Desk Ambassador
We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests and colleagues warmly and professionally.
* Provide information and wayfinding, acting as a central contact point.
* Monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
* Manage the badging process for visitors and staff, adhering to security policies.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing needs and issues.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of customer service, security, or hospitality experience.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
