You play a key role in your department by maintaining systems and supporting our culture of continuous improvement and related processes. You assist in data collection, ensure data accuracy, promote continuous improvements, and manage the department's KPI scorecards.
Your Contributions
* Provide training on tools and methods for continuous improvement and support departments in adhering to our established Daily Management System (DMS).
* Assist teams in data collection or extraction to support activities for continuous improvement and DMS.
* Facilitate root cause analyses to address identified losses and gaps in department KPI scorecards.
* Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
* Train colleagues in the safe use of tools for continuous improvement and new standards arising from improvement activities.
* Conduct analyses to identify and eliminate losses using tools like Power BI.
* Design and implement smaller digital solutions (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate).
Your Profile
With a desire to lead our company into the future and advance your career through experience and knowledge in:
* University degree in engineering/mechanical engineering or a technical field.
* Fluent in English and very good (minimum B2 level) German skills in speaking and writing.
* Experience with systems for continuous improvement and high performance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to convey information effectively in team discussions on improvement activities.
* Experience applying Lean and/or TPM tools in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Ability to work with and validate data in manual and automated systems.
* Practical experience with digital tools like Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
* Organized and disciplined work approach to support and promote the DMS process.
* Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
