Your main tasks will include managing the front office while respecting the procedures and quality standards of the establishment, all while ensuring the smooth operation of the back office. You will welcome and take care of clients with elegance and professionalism, anticipating their needs and guaranteeing a personalized experience from their arrival until their departure. You will work closely with various hotel services to ensure smooth and efficient follow-up on client requests and contribute to the overall quality of the service. Profile sought: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of X years of similar experience in a 5-star establishment. An excellent knowledge of the Geneva area is required. With an impeccable appearance, flexibility, and a smile, you actively contribute to the prestigious image of the establishment. Your ease of communication, sense of service, and ability to manage situations with calm X will be key assets to succeed in this position. You must be fluent in French and English.
