Ph3Overview /h3pbDistribution Requirements Planning Analyst /b /ppWorking mode: Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site and 2 WFH /ppDuration: 12 months /ppHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week /ppAs part of the TECA Sport global planning department, DRP Analyst will support all responsibilities of the planning team and ensure timely supply to the regions. The role will be based in Zuchwil, Switzerland. /ppAs a single point of contact for regional connectivity and communication, DRP Analyst will support the supply network planning and inventory optimization processes from Primary to Secondary Hubs and onto market nodes. You will facilitate the balancing of demand with supply to offer the best product availability and optimize inventory levels. The role will drive supply closed loop process robustness to enable supply communication and global allocation through the partnership with cross-functional value stream partners. /ppTo deliver the objectives of the role, you will be responsible for supporting a ground-breaking planning capability, in line with the Supply Chain Planning strategy for Orthopaedics. Critical to support these new capabilities will be establishing foundational capabilities in the core planning systems and ERP systems and evolving the planning process from a functional focus to an end-to-end value stream focus with an accelerated evolution towards sophisticated analytics and autonomous planning capabilities. /ppThe role will report into the TECA Sport Senior Manager, Distribution Planning and will partner closely with the Global Regional Planning Leads, Deliver and cross-functional partners. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the design, operation, and continued improvement of the distribution planning process /li liPerform the day-to-day Distribution Planning activities for global portfolio of products to meet TECA Sport service levels /li liTranslate constrained supply plans into constrained distribution plans, presenting the distribution plan feedback, allocation of inventory in line with allocation guideline, order management and handover to Deliver for global Distribution Centres /li liAct as a liaison between Regional Plan, Global Plan and Deliver for short term exception management and systemic supply issues to improve supply reliability and customer satisfaction/service /li liSupport the IBP process by leading the distribution plan in IBP with strong connect into Deliver, including long range financial plans and Ops BP. /li liExecution of the process so that product is deployed and available at the right place, in the right quantities and at the right time to service our customers /li liOwn and drive key supply chain plan-related performance metrics including Service, Backorders, Set Deployments, Inventory, DRP Attainment, Excess Obsolete and team efficiency metrics, incl. costs per SKU planned /li liSupport base entitlement (stock build level, deployment logics, FIFO, fair share) define non-base entitlement based on defined guidelines and processes (supply commit, shortage, NPI for pre-markets, allocation opportunity, exclusion management) /li liPeriodically evaluate planning system parameters settings that influence Distribution Requirements Planning, service and inventory targets /li liAct as SME representing the department and planning processes in various projects /li /ul h3How to succeed /h3 ul liHigher technical or business education or equivalent further education in supply chain management like APICS certification /li liA minimum of 4 years proven experience in supply chain planning in growing levels of responsibility /li liGood understanding of demand supply planning /li liGood knowledge of ERP systems (OMP, SAP, APO or equivalent) and information technology /li liGood presentation skills and sophisticated skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point /li liAbility to translate sophisticated situations into simple working solutions /li liAbility to work independently in a structured and driven way.
