Your Skills and Experience
* Completed training as foreman/construction supervisor with professional experience
* Solid expertise in road/underground construction
* Practical experience in work preparation, quality assurance, and team leadership
* Experience with project and schedule planning on site
* High social competence and strong communication skills within the team
Your Tasks
* Independent and responsible organization of construction sites
* Creating measurement bases and daily reports (SAP-based)
* Monitoring work steps, deadlines, and costs
* Compliance with occupational safety and standards as well as efficient use of resources
* Communication with clients, construction management, and residents
