We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in an exciting opportunity that combines financial expertise with international experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounting independently, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
* Prepare interim, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee financial accounting, including liquidity planning and management of payroll accounting.
* Coordinate social insurance connections and annual declarations.
* Lead a team of 2-3 clerks/apprentices, providing technical guidance and support.
* Manage contracts and assist in the compliance process.
* Prepare tax returns for legal entities and control tax assessments and invoices.
* Offer expert advice on international and national client mandates.
* Making client payments, preparing and maintaining client dossiers, and performing digital and paper filing.
* Preparing minutes and powers of attorney.
* Assisting in setting up or establishing a company.
* Participating in internal meetings and leading professional presentations for training purposes.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Requirements
* A commercial degree with further training as a trustee FA/accountant FA.
* At least 5 years of experience in trusteeship, preferably in an international environment.
* Proficiency in PC skills, including Windows, Office, Sage, and Abacus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with clients.
* Friendly appearance, quality awareness, flexibility, proactivity, motivation, self-organization, independence, and good team and communication skills.
* A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Good written and spoken English and German skills, with other languages being an advantage.
