The Group Product Manager is part of the Marketing Spine Technology team, focusing on Medacta Spine’s enabling technologies. Responsibilities include developing a deep knowledge of these technologies, preparing and organizing marketing materials and training, coordinating communication strategies with the Corporate Communication team, and defining and executing marketing strategies across different countries.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
manage the lifecycle of products within the assigned portfolio, from development to launch and beyond;
develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion;
analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development;
plan and manage product launches within the assigned portfolio;
work closely with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization;
engage with customers and KOLs to gather insights and feedback on products;
organize and conduct comprehensive training programs for internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) and external customers (e.g., healthcare professionals). Develop training materials and modules that support hands-on learning, driving product adoption and enhancing customer engagement.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
1 to 3 years of experience in product management within the healthcare or medical device industry;
strong understanding of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management;
fluent in English.
Soft Skills
ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks;
excellent organizational and communication skills;

willingness to travel.
