Care and Support Manager Located in the canton of Vaud, at the gates of Geneva, in a calm and privileged setting, La Clairière is the medico-social establishment of reference for the municipalities in the Terre Sainte region. With a history of over 50 years, our institution has continuously evolved and offers 74 long-term beds and 2 short-term beds, including two units and one unit (PPA), as well as a Temporary Reception Center that can accommodate 9 beneficiaries. To complete our teams, we are looking for a Care and Support Manager at 100%, directly reporting to the Director and a member of the Executive Committee. You will play a key role in management and support. You will supervise a team of unit managers in care and the socio-cultural field, who manage the ongoing activities of their service and collaborate and coordinate under your responsibility. MAIN MISSIONS Quality of care and support Ensure the quality of care and support for all residents and beneficiaries. Promote reflective practices and provide clinical support in complex cases. Ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration between care teams, socio-cultural teams, and those from other services (hotel, etc.) and act as the primary contact for families regarding the reception, care, and follow-up of residents. Supervise the PLANS, PLEX, and incapacity processes. Manage admissions for long and short stays with excellence. Management and supervision of teams Supervise and support intermediate managers and their teams. Participate in recruitment, development, and the definition and monitoring of the institution's development plan. Foster a culture of openness, collegiality, and a work environment conducive to our mission. Management and Quality Actively contribute to the Executive Committee and the general policy of the institution. Participate in the definition and management of institutional projects, especially concerning future development. Drive the quality approach and continuous improvement of your processes. Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards. Represent the institution to partners in the Vaud medico-social network. YOUR PROFILE Recognized nursing diploma in general care from the Swiss Red Cross. A pathway combining management of health and elderly care (CAS). A Master's degree in nursing sciences is appreciated; expertise is a plus. Experience Professional experience of at least 10 years, including 5 years in a healthcare environment and/or proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
