In this role, you manage all aspects of the global account, including the account strategy and the tactics required to achieve the business plan goals, such as increasing the value of the portfolio and developing profitability strategies. Together with your international, cross‑functional technical and commercial team members in the matrix organization, you drive the product portfolio throughout the product life cycle, including market introduction, continuous improvement activities, profitability programs, product relocation support, and product replacement.

Developing the global account growth strategy based on market and competitive intelligence
Deriving the Global Account Business Plan by identifying business opportunities and directing marketing initiatives
Leading an international, diverse team in the global matrix organization
Developing value propositions and anticipating future market requirements
Defining sales targets for the global account
Providing sales forecasts and ensuring timely adjustments to achieve the goals
Maintaining the global account KPI dashboard and reporting against it
Reporting progress on technology and product development projects
Your profile
International business experience and the ability to manage leading‑edge technology projects in a global organization for a global customer
Strong product marketing and technical background, with professional experience in a company providing technical solutions and experience in B2B markets
Experience in the semiconductor market is advantageous
Highly analytical and solution‑oriented way of thinking
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, demonstrate passion, and put customer needs at the center of the business strategy
Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances, with good decision‑making skills and strong commercial / business acumen
Ability to create addressee‑appropriate and structured reports
Flexibility for international business travel
Fluent business English skills, written and spoken
Applicants with a Master’s degree in Engineering or Science would be preferred
