Description Join Yum! Brands as the Supply Chain Management Projects & Value Lead, where you will drive high-impact, end-to-end supply chain initiatives that improve quality, enhance supply reliability, optimize cost, and unlock commercial value across the business. In this role, you’ll lead key projects, champion continuous improvement, accelerate our sustainability and digitization efforts, and support the integration of Yum! Brands across Europe. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders and external suppliers to deliver strategic, scalable, and future-focused supply chain solutions. Responsibilities Lead and deliver high-impact supply chain projects focused on improving quality, supply reliability, sustainability, and cost optimization. Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring on-time execution, effective risk management, and seamless handover to operational owners. Drive agile program prioritization and resource allocation to maximize commercial value and strengthen the end-to-end value chain. Optimize supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, capability building, digitization, and continuous improvement. Guide commercialization of new and promotional products, ensuring supply alignment, stakeholder engagement, and integrated delivery across markets. Provide strategic input into regional supply chain planning, including logistics, procurement, category strategy, and inflation outlook communication. Develop and maintain KPI scorecards to track performance, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making. Foster strong internal and external partnerships, ensuring alignment across brands, markets, suppliers, consultants, and leadership teams. Qualifications 8–10 years of supply chain–related experience, including at least 3 years in a management role Demonstrated understanding of the key drivers that enable responsiveness and agility within the supply chain Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives Solid commercial and financial acumen Formal project management experience preferred
