* The legal counsel will be responsible for providing expert advice on Swiss and international capital market related issues, including regulatory and securities law matters, civil law, litigation, and enforcement.
* The role involves advising internal stakeholders on financial market laws, IT law, outsourcing, third-party risk management, pension and insurance law, corporate and commercial law.
* Legal assessment, drafting, and structuring of agreements and commercial contracts, reviewing and drafting documentation, reviewing marketing material, and setting up financial products and complex transactions.

Requirements
">
* Admitted to the Swiss Bar.
* At least 4-5 years of experience PQE.
* Knowledge of Swiss financial market laws, regulations, and supervisory law.
* Interest and experience in legal themes, national and international financial markets, and derivatives regulations.
* Experience in structured products and OTC derivatives area.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Fluency in German and English.
