What You'll Do
* Support the development of Belimo's corporate and business strategies through structured analysis and stakeholder alignment
* Conduct financial modeling and market forecasting to identify growth opportunities
* Consolidate and report on competitor activities across multiple dimensions
* Design and evaluate global customer surveys and exploration interviews
* Manage internal and external market data and act as the go-to person for market insights
Who You Are
* Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or similar
* Related experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or strategic product management
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Passion for technology and a drive to grow into more senior roles
* Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
