Ph3YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe Quality Manager and Lead IMS position is crucial in ensuring that the products or services provided by the site are fit for purpose, consistent, and meet both external and internal requirements, including compliance and customer expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Site Integrated Management System and implementing new business processes. This role is regional in scope and involves collaboration with various departments to implement quality improvement initiatives, conduct training sessions, and ensure alignment with established quality benchmarks. /p h3KEY TASKS /h3 ul liSet standards for quality, health, and safety on site concerning the Site Integrated Management System; /li liEstablish and maintain controls and documentation procedures, managing legal and other requirements at the site and country level; /li liManage and implement internal Bayer Policies, Directives, and Procedures, supporting LCS net and country requirements (CAPA); /li liDefine quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff; /li liUtilize relevant quality tools and ensure managers and staff understand how to improve the business; /li liImprove and maintain the Site Integrated Management System, maintaining site certificates and acting as the contact person for authorities regarding registration requests and questions; /li liManage site audit planning, execution, and traceability in collaboration with the quality assurance manager; /li liOversee site CAPA management; /li liParticipate in and foster exchange in Bayer quality communities, acting as the site contact person for the regional quality group; /li liCompile Management Reviews; /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul liMinimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field, ideally with a focus on quality management; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred for advanced work; /li liPrior experience in quality management, with a background in a fine chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment being a plus; /li liAbility to work in an interdisciplinary team and lead without authority; /li liStrong customer focus and communication skills; /li liLanguage fluency in German is a must, with good English language skills being a plus. /li /ul h3YOUR APPLICATION /h3 pBayer welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
