For our successful DP focused branch located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. /ph3What you will get /h3ulliAn agile career and a dynamic work culture /liliAn inclusive and ethical workplace /liliCompensation programs that recognize high performance /li /ulh3What you will do /h3ulliEnsure all activities are performed according to current quality, regulatory and health and safety standards. /liliYou lead technical transfer activities for sterile GMP drug product manufacturing projects. /liliYou manage drug product transfers from clinical development through first commercial launch. /liliYou define project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones, and track progress effectively. /liliYou lead process setup, scale-up, and implementation at GMP manufacturing sites. /liliYou prepare and maintain technical transfer and process implementation documentation. /liliYou drive GMP change management and handle deviations and CAPAs when required. /liliYou support regulatory documentation, inspections, audits, and customer interactions. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliPh.D. or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields or similar qualification. /liliSignificant experience in biotech / pharma industry. /liliKnowledge of technical issues and requirements for drug product technical transfers. /liliKnow‑how in aseptic product manufacture for protein drug products including lyophilization process. /liliHighly desirable: knowledge on ADCs / highly potent drug product manufacturing. /liliGood leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability as team player and ability to manage cross‑functional teams. /liliVery good planning and organizing skills, including project management and risk management skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and command of English both written and oral. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
