Join our team to develop our high-value-added solutions and much more Context: Infomaniak is currently developing its own mail server to replace the infrastructure of our millions of accounts. This project involves significant challenges in scalability, quality, and security. This technological sovereignty will make us more flexible and allow us to rapidly deliver new features to our clients. Ultimately, we plan to make this solution open source. Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Participate in the design of a sovereign mail server in Go, focusing on security and service quality. Performance & Protocols: Implement critical features related to messaging and storage protocols, ensuring minimal downtime for millions of users and guaranteeing product stability and maintainability through testing and strong participation in code reviews. Reliability and security: Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by applying the best security practices (encryption, API). Desired Profile: Expertise in Golang: You have a strong command of the Go language, its idioms, and ecosystem. You are comfortable with concurrent programming and high-load performance management. Systems Culture & Scalability: You have a strong interest in high availability, resilience, and distributed systems. Mastery of APIs & Microservices: Ability to design robust, high-performing, and well-documented APIs for an ecosystem (web, desktop, mobile). A plus if you have knowledge in: Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, GitLab CI is a plus. Knowledge of mail-related protocols (SMTP, IMAP, JMAP).
