The role operates in a dynamic, inclusive, and international environment that values diversity, agility, and collaboration.A Day in the Life of an R&D Administrative AssistantManage calendars and schedules for two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership TeamEnsure high quality documentation, including minute taking, tracking and following up on action points, and maintaining document repositoriesFacilitate efficient cross functional collaboration, especially with assistants based in Vevey, Konolfingen, and other NPTC unitsMaintain and update SharePoint and intranet pages; create and prepare content when requiredProofread and enhance presentations and other materials to ensure clarity and consistencySupport onboarding activities for new employees and help ensure smooth integration and information flowWhat Will Make You SuccessfulCompleted higher commercial education or equivalentProven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an international and matrix environmentStrong digital literacy and ability to use modern tools effectivelyExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailProactive mindset and solution oriented approachAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams in a multicultural contextFluency in English and German; French is considered an advantage
