Your Purpose
Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
The Senior Manager E-Commerce B2B owns and drives Explora Journeys' global B2B digital booking ecosystem. This role ensures that all B2B digital sales channels — proprietary and partner platforms — deliver maximum conversion, automation, and self‑service to Travel Agents worldwide.
This role is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Your Impact
* Lead and execute the global B2B digital sales strategy to maximise bookings and platform performance.
* Own the roadmap of ETAC (Seaware), Family & Friends, OTAs, GDS, and API connectivity.
* Ensure content accuracy for itineraries, pricing, fares, and rules across all platforms.
* Use analytics, A/B testing, and CRO methodologies to improve conversion and user experience.
* Collaborate with Contact Centre to reduce call dependency through increased automation.
* Support local markets while ensuring global consistency of digital tools.
* Work with Digital Technology and IT on platform, API, and cache evolution.
* Manage partnerships with cruise technology providers such as Amadeus, Traveltek, and others.
* Manage the digital platform budget and investment priorities.
* Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Success Indicators:
* Higher booking conversion across all B2B digital channels.
* Simplified self-service journey for Travel Agents.
* Reduction in Contact Centre call volumes.
* Increased adoption and usage of ETAC and partner platforms.
* Clear revenue impact driven by digital channel performance.
Your Journey so far
* 7–10 years of experience in B2B e-commerce or digital booking platforms.
* 5 – 10 years of experience in Cruises or travel business
* Strong knowledge of APIs, OTAs, GDS, and digital travel technology.
* Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
