Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize the Broadcom / Symantec DLP environment to ensure consistent data protection.
Support and document the transition process toward Microsoft Purview.
Conduct impact assessments, feature evaluations, and migration readiness analysis.
Collaborate with compliance and data security teams to strengthen governance process
Identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Deliver knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support and improvement.
Required Skills
In-depth experience with Broadcom / Symantec DLP technologies (policies, endpoints, incident management).
Strong understanding of enterprise data security and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with DLP migration and integration projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or other modern data protection platforms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
