About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support strategic and operational HR topics within the entire employee lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business leaders to drive performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR consulting and coaching for employees and managers, focusing on labour law, change management, performance enhancement, and employee engagement.
* Aligning HR activities with business priorities and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
* Coordinating annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
* Driving recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
* Employer branding and marketing efforts.
* Managing HR master data as a key user of SAP SuccessFactors.
* HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts and compensation & benefits.
* Developing and maintaining HR policies and processes.
* Payroll administration and travel management support.
* Leading HR projects, such as implementing new modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
* Driving culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives based on a global framework.
* Supporting internal communication and training for local managers and employees.
* Collaborating with the global HR Business Partner to implement global HR guidelines and policies.
Your Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A customer-focused personality with ownership and a shared commitment to performance.
* A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, labour law, or a related field.
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a HR-related role with a strong business focus, preferably in engineering or automotive industries.
