Ph3Overview /h3pThe Project Manager has complete understanding and responsibility for the scope of work, schedule, cost, resources, quality and deliverables and must be able to communicate requirements to appropriate operations teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the subject matter expert on the associated OSP projects /liliCreate a project schedule from given project parameters /liliEnsure the project schedule is in line with the financial plan /liliReview and create invoices for all billable items /liliPartner with the Design Manager to create a staffing plan that is within budget /liliHold project scoping meetings to identify point of contacts for permitting, engineering, and construction /liliManage sub-contractors invoicing /liliReport project progress internally and externally /liliAttend all client meetings and provide updates /liliDevelop, monitor and measure quality and production metrics /liliIndirectly lead teams of engineers and designers to achieve project milestones /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSelf-motivated candidates who have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Technologies, GIS, CAD or similar, and/or equivalent work experience with design software /liliMinimum 3 years of related OSP experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience /liliAdvanced AutoCAD experience is recommended /liliExperience in PLA (Pole Loading Analysis) software is recommended /liliMust have professional level experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat (pdf) and digital photographs (jpeg) /liliMust be familiar with databases and the process of uploading and downloading data /liliMust be a great communicator, both verbal and written /liliMust be able to adapt to changes in scope of work and priority /liliMust have a dedicated space for a home office with a reliable and fast internet connection for remote work /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive pay: $85k - $95k annually, based on experience /liliMedical, dental, and vision insurance options. /lili401(k) retirement plan /lili8 paid holidays /liliVacation time / personal time /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
