As part of the ERP / MIS Application team, you will be responsible for improving and supporting the SAP solution and implementing new functionalities focused on Finance, Controlling, and Treasury areas. You will collaborate with global Process Owners and technical stakeholders to understand current business processes within the FICO solution and work on designing, building, and implementing improvements. Projects include S/4HANA implementation, finance process standardization, international rollouts, and new functionality deployment. The consultant will support the business key user community by providing ERP application consulting. This position is based at our offices in Olten, Switzerland.
Your Accountabilities :
1. Provide functional and technical leadership for SAP FICO and Treasury topics, with end-to-end process knowledge.
2. Collaborate with key finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into viable solutions.
3. Prepare draft solution proposals based on customer needs in business departments.
4. Implement requirements from projects and customer change requests.
5. Provide functional and technical leadership around SAP Financials modules, including integration TR, MM, SD.
6. Design and specify processes to be implemented in the ERP environment.
7. Prepare testing and training concepts, including IT-related testing of changes in ERP.
8. Support training execution and information dissemination.
9. Continuously optimize and improve ERP support applications.
10. Ensure integration with other ERP, VIM, and HR applications.
11. Manage all technical and organizational aspects within your area of responsibility.
Your Profile :
1. 5+ years of SAP FI-CO configuration experience, including process and functional consulting; knowledge of treasury module is a plus.
2. Module knowledge includes FICO, TR (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, IFRS, Consolidations, BCM, FI-MM, FI-SD).
3. Experience with third-party tool integration.
4. Knowledge of ERP/MIS system integration and interdependencies.
5. Experience in recording and implementing technical requirements from business needs.
6. Experience with other ERP application integrations.
7. Proven ability to prepare and execute user training.
8. Cross-functional process understanding.
9. Analytical problem-solving skills and solution development.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Team player capable of working under pressure.
12. Excellent English skills; multi-cultural environment experience is advantageous.
