Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules based on client requirements and best practices.
You will collaborate with business consultants and clients to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred)
* Fluent in English (professional level)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
